Martin was assaulted and detained by Border Patrol

In his own yard without a warrant on April 29. He has been in the US since he was a toddler and is married to a US citizen. Now, he is facing bogus charges of assaulting a federal officer when it is clear that Border Patrol is the one who assaulted him.
