Hosted by the Spokesman-Review, Spokane Public Library and KSPS Civics Bowl. Presented by Northwest Passages.
All of the candidates in the 5th Congressional district have been invited to participate.
Spokesman-Review City Hall reporter, Emry Dinman, will moderate. The event will be covered by the paper and a recording will be archived on The Spokesman-Review website for those who are unable to attend.
The event is free to attend, tickets are requested for planning purposes.
