CD-5 Candidate Forum with Debate

September 9, 2026 Michael Baumgartner and Carmela Conroy, the candidates for the 5th Congressional District for U.S. House, participated in a candidate forum with debate.

The opening segment ahead of the debate was an opportunity for the candidates to thoughtfully converse about their stances on various issues at greater length than the soundbites normally permitted under strict debate time limits.

This event was hosted before a live audience which filled the Bing Crosby Theater in Spokane on Wednesday, September 9, 2026.
