Tom Foley was a giant in American politics and a proud son of Spokane.  As Speaker of the U.S. House of Representatives, he believed in the power of bipartisanship, the importance of public service, and the responsibility of leaders to put people over politics. His vision for America was one of fairness, opportunity, and a democracy that worked for all.

As Spokane County Democrats, we strive to carry that legacy forward—fighting for strong public schools, protecting voting rights, and building a community where everyone has a voice. We invite you to join us in celebrating Foley’s impact and reaffirming our commitment to his ideals.
