I’m pleased to announce Washington Conservation Voters' first round of state legislative endorsements for the 2010 election.
These ten candidates are some of the most committed and effective environmental leaders in Olympia. From cleaning up Puget Sound to growing our green economy, these folks walk the walk in our state Capitol.
We have achieved some important environmental victories over the past two years, but there is much more work to be done on many fronts including Puget Sound clean-up, transportation, and climate change. It is critical that we return these leaders to Olympia to help get the job done, and thus we will be working closely with our county chapters to ensure victory for each in November.
